How I spent my new years eve…
Earlier in the day I tried to get through a couple events with Rocksmith on the Xbox that I play with my old real electric guitar
but my nose wouldn’t quit running long enough to get through a single song so I snuggled up with box of
Did several shots of
Spent 12 hours with my peeps
While creating a new Sims3 Gallifrey…in my world the Doctor must use the loo and wash his hands
Got a midnight *kiss* via text from husband who was working at the time
it was a little early so he called me right after :)
Then I did something daring and switched to PBS and watched Hugh Laurie’s journey to his Great Performance in New Orleans
And capped off the evening with a final shot of Coldplay “LIVE” (meaning recorded in September) News Years Eve 2012 event on Austin City Limits. Mostly because I lost my remote in my blankets and was too achy to search for it but I enjoyed it all the same.
All in all, it was not a horrible NYE
I woke this morning feeling remarkably well and not even a little bit hung-over as Nyquil tends to make me feel.
I’m ready for 2012 and I hope every one of you has an amazing year.
