Sharpie Backpack Contest

I almost forgot I entered this contest until I got the notice last week and had to fill out all the affidavits and stuff. Now I would really like to win. It would be really cool to afford to take the whole fam damily up north 1200 miles for Thanksgiving this year. It’s been too long since I’ve been with my sibs for turkey day.
About 4 years ago, our little family almost doubled in size when we “temporarily” took in two cute little 11 and 12 year old boys who needed a home. Now they are 15 & 16 and my own son just turned 17. Traveling became slightly more cramped and expensive so our trips grew shorter and farther between but it’s been a great adventure. Now they’re getting jobs and social lives so I figure this year is my last chance for a whole family vacation. Even a third place finish will finance it! If I get that, I owe you all big time!
